Real Estate Reimagined

No more commissions. Just a $3,000 flat fee for

both a realtor and an attorney.

An experienced real estate agent and attorney.

Michael Samuels is a 1980 graduate of Columbia University and a 1985 graduate of Harvard Law School. He has been a real estate attorney since 1985 and a realtor since 1995. He applies both areas of expertise to help his clients buy and sell their homes cost-effectively.

The current commission-based system is rigged. It is designed to benefit realtors at the expense of sellers and buyers. Michael has changed that. He believes that a reasonable flat fee is the appropriate and fair way to be compensated for his work.  After all, he works as hard for his $100,000 listings as he does for his $1,000,000 listings.

"My clients receive the trifecta: The complete services of a realtor plus the expertise of an attorney, for a reasonable flat fee."
