Michael helped us out with the sale of our old home and the purchase of a new one at the same time.

When the market was absolutely crazy, Michael was there to walk us through the whole process, even late at night and on weekends. He has a way of helping you feel secure and knowledgeable when you are stressed out about the process. He did such a great job for us that I have recommended him to our son for his first home purchase. Michael is amazing!

Michael was referred to us by a friend to assist in buying a property through a “sale by owner.”  He was responsive to our questions and provided us with good advice. He wrote the sales and rental agreements in clear and understandable language. As a result, the deal went through smoothly with both parties being very satisfied with the outcome.

I am a contractor and remodeler who flips houses, and I’ve been in the real estate business for more than 25 years. I’ve worked with Michael Samuels and ThinkSmart Realty for around 12 years, and have purchased and sold many houses over that time. This is the only real estate company I work with anymore.

He gave us a detailed analysis of the comparable sales in the neighborhood, did a wonderful job selling the house, and got us an excellent price. It was absolutely wonderful not to have to handle it ourselves.

I have sold several homes while acting in a fiduciary capacity and learned that when it is not your property, it is full of surprises. I liked to think that I had a network of people to help when faced with a red-tagged furnace or a neglected home, but then I met you.

After we entered into a listing agreement, there was not an issue you could not solve, either alone or with your network. Your law degree is a real asset.
