I am a contractor and remodeler who flips houses, and I’ve been in the real estate business for more than 25 years. I’ve worked with Michael Samuels and ThinkSmart Realty for around 12 years, and have purchased and sold many houses over that time. This is the only real estate company I work with anymore. 

Michael is simply the smartest and most knowledgeable person I know in the business. He understands all aspects of the business—marketing, pricing, negotiating, remodeling, repairs, and law. 

Not only does he provide expert guidance in buying, negotiating, and selling, but we work together on deciding how to remodel the home to get the most profit. I know that without Michael, I would not have achieved the success I’ve enjoyed over the last dozen or so years.
